About Us
About Karen
In 1995, Karen moved to Juneau, Alaska where she began a decades-long career in banking. First by managing a commercial loan processing team then in 2001, she became a Mortgage Loan Officer and assisted clients in purchasing or refinancing their home or investment properties. As a Commercial Lender from 2008 to 2024, Karen worked with small business owners to finance their business and real estate needs. In 2017, she earned an MBA at Concordia University in Austin, TX.
Currently, Karen lives near family and friends in Austin with her cat, Molly. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, church activities, and traveling, especially to Alaska.
Aunt Jan & Uncle Mike
In August of 2024, my uncle's lung cancer returned and he passed away quite suddenly. My aunt was distraught, confused and had many questions about her financial situation. I rolled up my sleeves and got to work organizing her finances, pursuing streams of income, and helping her cut unnecessary expenses. Through this work, I felt called to work with seniors in organizing and managing their daily finances.
